It enhances your organisation image by making the whole sign in process efficient and making your reception area paperless. Visitors simply sign in on screen provided, their host notified by email that they have arrived, and a badge is automatically printed which they can wear while on site.

The Emergency lists function enables you to access details of everyone on site during an evacuation through any tablet or mobile device. Screen sizes available ranges from 10” to 21”.

Visitors sign in via a touch screen monitor and a pass will be printed for them which can include a range of data- such as visitor name, host name and vehicle registration. An email or text will be sent to the host informing them that their guest has arrived.

A unique feature of our system is its staff management capability, designed predominately to assist with the management of contract staff. The system stores HR records such as contact information, disciplinary records, appraisal reports etc on a secure and encrypted database.
